Nsala soup ( sometimes called white soup) is one of the most delicious of all Nigerian soups, this year alone we have made and eaten more of it than any other.
We have from three to ten liters which feeds up to four people for 4 ltr and twenty people for ten liters.

If you wish to make the soup then you can use plain beef or assorted meat for this soup. With this menu we used chicken and assorted meats.
